You won't have to spend any where near £10,000 to get a decent 4.6 vogue. LPG'd or not. £10K will buy you an early L322, although at that price it will have covered a few miles.

If it is a P38 you are after I would get a nice low mileage example with a full service history. On your budget even a well looked after example will leave plenty of change to put any niggles right. Lpg is the way to go as 12mpg at todays pump prices can be a bit scary. Most people seem to think the Prins and BRC systems are the dogs dangley bits, but plenty of people run many other systems with no problems at all.

There are plenty to choose from that are already LPG'd although the price difference between an LPG P38 and a petrol one is not as much as you would think, so take your time and enjoy. On your budget you really have got the choice of the sweet shop!!

lpg needs to me multi point and a doughnut tank in the spare wheel well is best
as to make there are quite a few all very much of a muchness It is the installation quality that you are looking for
you will get a very nice p38 for 5k probably with lpg multi point already installed

Go for one thats already lpg its hard to justify the 2k or so a good system would cost on a 10+ year old car. There are plenty about, dont rush in see as many as you can. do a search on here there have been lots of threads listing all the commom problems. Remember everything on a rangie is expernsive to fix so if you find one with a problem that hasnt been sorted there are probably more and the owner cant afford it any more.
