Hmm probably but on the scope of old, very very old as i was too tight to buy a new one, they did look and Quote " i said almost identical " LOL but clearly they were not anyhow its all good now.

Did you try to unscrew your THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR from car when engine is running ?
