it turns over but wont fire ,smells of petrol, spluters sometimes like it wants to start, and also like it spits back, sounds like timing is out.the crank sensor was replaced by previous owner so i took it out and there are scratch marks on it,like the flywheel touching it.i read this is a common fault because of the sleeve sliding on bellhousing. does any one know what sort of air gap i should have around the tip of the sensor? so i can reset it and try again.anyone had this problem?
