35DLM8 Compatible coil.

Hi all.

I hope everyone is staying sane during lockdown 2.0.

I am after some guidance please.

My ignition coil has packed up, yet someone has painted over it, and I’m unable to ID it. I am running a 3.5 carbed V8, with the 35DLM8 dizzy.

any ideas on which coil I need?

I'm sure you will get replies here, but in the meantime I would have though any car accessory shop would be able to consult their lists & sell you an appropriate item, after all the RV8 is not exactly high tech.

For the 3.5 disco the Lucas coil was RTC5628.
For the 3.5 RR the coil was the same as the disco and later changed to a Bosch coil PRC5674.
Part numbers are for both carburettor fitted vehicles when they left the factory, so by now possibly have been superseded.
