I have ran new fuel lines from sender unit to the lift pump supply and the injector pump return HOWEVER i require the fitting to connect to the sender unit and the lift pump and injector return. Can anyone please tell me where you can get these fittings? LR and many other places only try to sell you the pre made up lines. Thanks for any help.

If youre using nylon lines, just use a compression fitting, with brass inserts inside the line itself.

If youre using some sort of rubber, you can kind of bodge it by going over the smooth tail of the sender / lift pump, and using a jubilee. It would be better if the old olive was still in place, as you could use that as a ridge to push the rubber pipe over.

The proper way to do it would be with some sort of 8mm compression to hosetail adapter - can you cut them out of the old lines?

Im using rubber fuel lines. I managed to cut two of the barb fittings from the old lines but the other two were far too rotten. I have use jubilee clips just now but still trying to track down the correct barbed fitting for the nut on the lift pump and sender unit. The nut part number is NRC9770 but I am struggling to find out the correct thread size so I can get the male barbed connection to connect it properly.
