300tdi turbo woes

i replaced my turbo with a second hand one from a breakers yard 2 months ago, cost me £75

now the damn thing has blown again, thick white smoke and dripping oil from the exhaust, im in a bit of a pickle now that i need the car for work, if i cant get to work i dont earn cash, with christmas just gone and it is the worst time of year for me being self employed in seasonal work i dont have much cash

has anyone out there got a 300tdi turbo knocking around that they will let go for cheap, or even better donate one to a good home?(there are some kind soles out there, i know im cheeky but if you dont ask you dont get) im in birmingham
 
When you brought this last turbo did you do a quick check of the rotor to see if there was any play or did you just take there word it was a good one?
 
there was very slight play in it, i think i didnt bleed it up properly or one of the pin holes was blocked, the breakers yard guys has agreed to replace it but he just hasnt got any in atm, with prices so high on discos atm he isnt getting stock rotation on parts

im looking on ebay etc but nothing, everywhere i look they are either too high in price or not got any

repair kit is £40 on ebay, might go down that route if nobody here can sell me one
 
As I've mentioned I have 2 spare Turbo's but I wont give them away as sods law says when I need one for myself I will have to pay top price.
