300tdi head bolts

hi im changing my 300tdi head gasket and have got to the stage where i need to tighten the m12's by a further 20 degrees how i can tell which are m12's now there in the block and i forgot to mark them

the 10 bolts that make up 4 around each bore

yes, the 4 outer on drivers side are short and the 4 outer on passenger side are 10mm bolts

do they need to be done in any sequence? like work my way out?
