300tdi Discovery rattling noise.

Hi
I am new on here. I have a rattling noise, when i lift off the accelerator in any gear at any speed but as soon as i give it a bit of throttle it goes.
Has anyone got any ideas?

its prob yr prop ujs or diffs

now ive done it properly maybe you should get over to the intro section 1st
