300tdi defender - steering wheel falling apart, will a 300tdi disco one fit?

The steering wheel in the 110 is manky - its kind of a foam center, which has become exposed, and leaves your hands grubby.

I happen to have a breaker disco (300) - can i just have the wheel off that?

(the breaker isnt close, else id just go and check myself)


ps. the search function returned similar posts, but im still unsure!

should do if the splines match up, depends on whether it's a 36 or 48 spline shaft. I think 300tdis are 48 spline

then again, depends on whether its a 3/4" or 1" shaft with 36 or 48 splines!
