300tdi defender immobiliser issue-

I have changed the battery on my defender 300tdi and the immobiliser light came on and won't start now. I had this about a year ago and seemed to find a instructions quite easily on how to enter my 4 digit code using the ignition and drivers door as I haven't got a key fob.

The problem is I can't find instructions on how to do this now. If anyone can please point me in the right direction or give the sequence that would be greatly appreciated. I promise I will print them out and keep them close to hand for next time.

Found it was in the handbook. I haven't yet managed to disarm it yet, I will leave for 30mins and try again.
