300tdi cat

Hi guys might sound a bit thick of me but im trying to figure out if me 96 disco has a cat or not the front pipe has a flexi bit which i dont think is a cat but id like to confirm before i buy a pipe i dont need, it does just look like abit of flexi but the bit of bpipe ive seen doesnt have such a section

The cat is just in front of the flexi piece... You can replace the cat with either a pre-cat defender pipe (no-flexi) or a special discovery cat replacement pipe (with flexi)

The pipe in question runs forward from the flange connection in front of the middle box to the turbo/exhaust manifold.
