300bhp

anyone know if my 4.0se can achieve 300bhp generally it can't pull me out of bed or thats how it feels

i can't beleive it would even make that much if he was quoting crank figures let alone at the wheels. i'm not saying it's impossible to get 300 but it would cost more than a 5yr old rangie to get it
anyway gotta go, gotta put an extra pin in me ecu and chip me plugs to get 400bhp

Given TVR struggled to get 300 out of a 5 litre Rover V8 engine, I can't see it somehow.

and a tvr is about half the weight and the rangey is as aerodynamic as a terraced house!!!

Tis possible with a 4.0.
Mine is kicking 240+ with same mods or so.
It would go 320 I reckon but it would cost....

Given the weak transmissions on the Rangie, I would have thought trying to put 300bhp through to the wheels was just asking for trouble.
