Hi mate, was checking an earlier question, Lo Revs, Losing Power by Hitchenor. You me and Hitchenor have the same problem, A fella gave some good suggestions to Hitchenors problems so try the feed.. one page back!

Power is either air or fuel.

If your boost guage is plumbed near the turbo as opposed to the inlet then you could have a collapsing hose.
Check the condition and integrity of the intake rubber hoses and the clips.

Fuel, well,
Lift pump can cause this.
A kinked return pipe off the injector pump can cause this so if you have been working in the bay just south of the unit by the oil cooler pipes then check this (but it is normally related to being slower to start than normal).

Leaking link pipes can cause this.

Blocked intercooler can cause this

And, yes, your fuel filter can cause this.

If it were me; you need to determine if it is fuel or air you are missing. Can you plumb the boost guage right near the intake manifold? This will tell you if you are getting decent boost at the manifold, and, if so it is fuel where your problem lies.
