300 TDI is OAT coolant safe

Hi

Firstly Ive done some searches dont cant seem to find a straight answer, Is the pink OAT coolant safe to use in the 300tdi? my coolant is slightly low and I need to top it up, currently it has the pink OAT stuff in

Same here.....I have a mixture of blue green and pink in mine.......the hydrometer says it is good for - 40C so im happy

Thats a very good link. So can i use any anti freeze in a 1992 2.5 NA? Or does it have to be specific? I know in my Toyota Rav we had to change over to the red anti freeze as the stuff that was put in at the factory was eating head gaskets

cheers matey. Iv always been a bit cautious with Antifreeze since the Rav carry on.
