300 tdi engine vibration 2000 rpm

hi all i need some help iv got a 300tdi auto 97 with an engine vibration.
it does it standing still when reving you can see the engine miss fireing.
but you can clear it by accelerating more no loss of power still got good fuel consumption.
it does run ruff not good.
if you could help that would be great.

Have you replaced diesel filters etc? And checked injectors for efficiency? Have you been running it nearly on empty, because it sound as though you may have some crap in the fuel lines.

iv replaced all the filter cleaned out the sedimenter.
all the fuel lines are clear it only does it a 2000 rpm. but in park if i rev it slowly to 2000rpm it some times jumps from 1900-2100 and its very hard to get it on 2000 when stopped.
