hi I've got 2 2/14 Diesel engines that have bad oil leaks from rear crank seals. I've tried to fit new rear seal with no success. Any body got any experience/advice in doing this job

You mean fitting it back in?
If so a little bit needs to be trimmed from the seal to allow it to be inserted.

I have no success putting seal back in without it getting pinched and damaged. Is it any easier with the crank removed?
