3 door disco rotten rear ally 1/4 panels

It's time to freshen up my disco but the bottoms of the rear 1/4 panels are rotten pitted and holes every where I'm just wondering what my options are, finding 3 door 1/4 panels are hard I think I'm going to end up making a repair panel from a old door or something
