extened brake hoses, radiator lift, rear floor lift, extended seatbelt anchors and if needed gear stick extenders,

Anything more than a 2" lift and it's been suggested that steering needs sorting, as do a lot of pipes/hoses/wiring and other ancillaries. Dunno details, never done it.
Search for wizardbilt, they used to do various kits ..

with a 3" body lift you will have to extend the steering collum,,,2" u just about get away with loosening the ujs and then retightening them to allow for movement with the lift 3" I don't think u will get away with it
