Hello all

Just had my Disco 2 diagnosed to sort out my three amigos problem and turns out to be the ABS rear left sensor.

My local garage has been phoning round and ae getting prices of £230 - £260, because you have to buy it complete with hub.

Does this sound right? Or can you just buy the sensor? Any info appreciated.

Sensor is available seperately but is a false economy really, often its the sealed hub bearing which is the problem in the first place

If you want one try Paddock or Island 4x4 or similar

yes. that was the whole lot incuding sensor.

it is a japanese part but my mechanic mate said it is good and the bearings were stamped as a good make. can't remember which.

all on now and a great job.
