3 amigos- HDC system fault-special programmes off!!! HELP PLEASE!!

Hi guys, im new to all this, haven't a clue what im doing, or if anyone will even see this....but if you do please help me!
So, got the '3 amigos' everything was fine until battery died and got replaced, few days later intermittent HDC messages flashing up now its on constantly so the suspension is lowered and has started to squeak-creak from every turn or speedbump! Dont know what to do any suggestions?
