Done it today and there's no change in tickover still stayed at 700rpm also there was no vac suction from the plenum vac nipple.

I've managed to sort mine now mate, I'm talking about change with a tachometer or a timing light on, you probably wouldn't Notice with no apparatus connected, anyway turned out not to be a leak but a blockage..... Done now so all good, only thing is it now magnifys other fault!! Doh!
