anyone done such a conversion? What would be needed?
Couldn't find any adaptor plates, so can I suppose it's just an 3.5 aluminium V8 just bored to 3.9l? So taking 3.5l adaptor plates?
I think I've seen on Tef's HQ that for the 3.5 bulkhead mods are necessary, but nothing drastic.
In case someone's intersted:
Difflock :: 3.9 EFI COMPLETE ENGINE
I ain't in blighty myself, or I'd get it for the fun of it. 175 quid seems alright. So anyone interested: help yourself.
How much work you reckon is such a conversion in hours (from, to), with only one pair of hands?
