3.9 efi cylinder head part numbers

hi guys

anyone know the correct erc part numbers of the cylinder heads for an 87 3.9 efi looking at a couple to replace my odd ones on my range rover but been told these are 7e generation part number erc0216 will they fit and work ?

3.9 was released in november 89, i think someone changed the engine and quite rightly notified the dvla. anyway the cylinder heads fom either a 3.9 or the 4.2 lse engines will fit. always some on fleabay. try martin toole 07885025872 he might have a decent set

according to our friends at the dvla this vehicle was registered in may 1987 and was registered at manufacture as a 3.9 the chassis number and engine number match those registered in 1987 and no recorded engine change is listed they assure me that this is an original 3.9 and my last rangie was also a 3.9 and again that was a 1986 model confused well so am i are the 3.5 heads not compatable
