3.6Tdv8 torque settings help!!

Hi
I’m rebuilding my 4.4tdv8 and require some information regarding the torque settings for the main and big end bearings
I’ve searched everywhere and am struggling so was hoping someone on here would be able to help me out hopefully
I believe the torque settings should be the same as the 3.6tdv8 as the bearings are identical for both the main and big end
Any help would be much appreciated

I know the rod cap bolts can't be reused, so you'll need replacements for those.
I had a similar issue when I fitted a replacement piston in the FL2, a member on here found the torque settings in the Autodata book I believe.
