2nd row interior light switch

Hi, new to this forum, but not to Disco,s, but need help, the bulb on my td5, above the 2nd row seats had been removed when I got it, so simple, put new bulb in, light came on, so pressed switch to turn it off, but no it stays on, anybody have any dealings with this, or any ideas on a cure?, cheers, Mark.

you need to make sure the switch is right with the auto dim timer, if not bulb has been removed for a reason ie wont turn off?

The connectors on these are VERY easy to snap when removing headlining to fix a leaky sunroof. It's very easy to pop out to check tho

BTW: if you do need a replacement, it's the same pattern as Rover 800, and cheaper on fleabay in that incarnation
