2nd fuse box location?

Hi folks,
I'm away to wire in all my accessories and run off my second battery in my 90. I will run most things via relays, so i'll have a bank of relays and a fuse board/box. Original plan was to mount on a board and keep in the battery box so everything is all wired and labelled up neatly.

My seats need removed to access my battery box as they are aftermarket.

I'm not sure where is best to house this extra fuse box.
1) I have a Raptor fuse box extension, so i considered in here, but it will be really tight for space.

2) i just accept having to remove 4 bolts if i need to replace a fuse for auxiliaries.

3) i've heard of people placing the fuse box on the bulkhead behind the passenger seat? It would mean routing wires into this open space so may not be as neat as if hidden away.

Any thoughts / experience / photos to help me decide?
 
Bet the cubby box would be easier to remove than a seat?
Flat metal onto the base of the cubby box & rivnuts/dezus fixings to hold down

Is there any extra room behind the fuse box cover to allow extra fuses?
On my early 110 I had space for extra fuses but not lots of relays.
I moved the relays under the bonnet onto the wings.

Yeh your right. The cubby box should be easier. I was put off the idea because my two radios (VHF and CB) will be wired into the cubby box and i'll probably get a Mud subwoofer box below the cubby box too. So while the bolts / nuts would be easier to remove, the wiring may be a pain in the ass. Its worth me looking at though. Maybe getting a base plate which has everything mounted on, rather than cubby box onto sub frame, sub frame onto cover plate etc.

I can probably get the fuses into the fuse box area, but i dont think its goign to be a neat job!

I guess i need to compromise somewhere. I've taken the seat out a couple times recently and its not too bad, 5 mins for the 4 bolts with a ratchet spanner. But i'm not keen on doing this in the middle of winter, cold fingers, side of the road wet ground to put the seat on etc.
 
So i had a look again at my extended fuse box - it doesnt give much room for anything other than the odd fuse and switches. I only got it so i could mount switches TBH.

The centre seat -i've been looking at the subwoofer mounts and also my cubby box. I don think it will be a quick or easy job to remove as the wires and areal cables for the radios will get it the way. I'd either need a lot of slack in them to allow the box removal, or connectors (not good for signal).

So i settled that i just need to remove the seat. But then i found this:

Expensive for what it is, but will do the job nicely and is cheaper / easier than buying the YRM box, adjusting the cubby box etc. Easier for wiring too!

Bit messy now but easy access from the battery, hidden location, easy to run wires up to the dash via the tranny tunnel, easy to feed wires in from below.

It does slide all the way back btw, just got **** in the back. For a 90 however I would get the tilt up one

I looked at those, but didn’t think it would work for a 90. I never knew they did a tilt up one.....
