So my 90's in need of a respray, she needs a whole lot of new panels which getting them is no problem... but once iv got them she'll need painting... im just posing this question to get an idea of costing for the respray, im talking FULL respray! totally apart, sprayed inside and out..

costing for the respray, time frame for the respray, ummm amount of paint... Anywhere, anyone could recomend? just a bit of general information about resprays... mostly the average cost for a total spray..

I did that - bought parts from 15 landies for my new bodywork - all depends how much prep you do.

I had mine all degreased, then bead blasted, any dings removed, 2 coats etch, 3 coats build primer and 4-6 coats white gloss - all surfaces, with topcoat having teflon in it, some areas sprayed with stonechip as well.

It was a mate who did it in exchange for a rewire - but I'd have been looking at 2 grand for the work and materials had I paid him (but then it's better than Land Rover would have done by miles).

At the other end of the spectrum, theres a guy near me who'll respray a built up landy and do a bit of average prep for 4-500 quid - but not the insides.
