Okay. Here we go. I did have Freestyles on my 90 (J reg) but wanted something bigger. I decided to get 33 x 12.50 x 15. Simple answer. All I did was run a tape measure across the brake disc to front of truck with wheels off on full lock. Make sure the tape didnt catch any mechanical bits. Then judged (by eye) the amount of clearance on the inside of wheel against mechanical bits. Went for 15" modulars (yes I know they're offset) with the 33" x 12.50 tyre. No problems. No adjustments needed. I know I can fit larger tyres on the same rims. But my Khumos are good. I can increase the tyre height without the need for a larger rim. Could have got 16" diameter but didn't see the need. Anyone begs to differ, I know a lass that'll put you right. She fitted them.
