2015 D4 Towing Dash Light

Hello All,

Iv got a D4 and when I plug in a trailer i am not seeing a towing symbol or anything at all to say the D4 has registered it is towing a trailer. I fitted the harness myself and got a local Landrover Dealership to program it in.
(it doesnt show for LED or non LED trailers) - also when i reverse the parking sensors still are on and don't turn off - which is leading me to think that the dealership didn't do something quite right.

Should my D4 registered it is towing a trailer?

Tbh no idea, but iirc when trailer plugged in the cars rear fogs should not come on, to stop the dazzle from the rear fogs blinding the driver in the mirrors, maybe worth a quick check?
