Check the propshaft centre bearing.
Also when was the Haldex last serviced? If it's more than 50k miles ago, it needs doing ASAP.

right this is my problem i got the car with a broken flex plate and that in turn had broken the torque converter
i got a second hand converter and the car was fine for first 50 miles then started vibrating and also makes a rattle noise that stops
when you turn the steering wheel now the new converter was involved in a bad crash that destroyed the gearbox but the converter was unmarked
i always assumed converters work or burst ???
my other prob is that i dont know if the car made the noises before i bought it as it was undriveable .
car has only done 40000

If the TC came out of a vehicle with a crash damaged gearbox, then how can you guarantee the TC isn't also damaged?

Does it vibrate in different gears during the same rev range when traveling?
You can manually change gears with the auto by pushing the leveler to the left when in D, then forwards/backwards for up/down gear changes.
When stationary and in neutral... does it vibrate if the engines at 1500 revs?

No only vibrates when under load but when you stop in drive then put foot on brakes and put in park it stops rattling
