2011 Landrover discovery - Broken down

Hello,

I wonder if anyone has any clue what might have happened.

I was driving along at 60mph when i heard a loud helicopter sound (I thought it was a helicopter flying over head so i continued to drive) i then realized it was coming from my car so i began to slow down, my car then cut out. There were no dash lights appeared as a warning. The car now wont start, when i push the start button it clicks and then nothing.
