2010 RR SC Fatty. Replaced Final Stage Resistor 4 times blower fan stays on STILL! Tried 2 different FSRs Parts OEM and non. They have been warrantied out but this is sucking away at my time off road! Fan still blows strong... Works for a few days sometimes more never the same mostly just stays on at full crank. Then boom another one dies. What is the root cause? Do I need to replace the fan? Doesn't seem like it.. please help!

Just to check do you have an L322, also known as FFRR, or Full Fat Range Rover? Or the Sport? Asking as you have RRS SC in your username
