Need a new one... no local stockist have them (for automatic transmision) local main stealer says they are discontinued! he has one and can let me have it for a discounted £140.

I'm thinking that the old one is coming off and getting a few plates welding.

Unless someone here knows where I might get one at a reasonable price?

cheers Stu

Tried them 1st.

I have welded a few plates on today which has done the trick for now I think. But it doesn't bode well for 200Tdi Disco's (auto boxes) if the main stealer is the only place for replacement and even they are discontinued!

I don't know why... apparently only the auto box models need the flexi pipe in the exhaust. The local exhaust place had replacements for manuals as they don't have flexi pipes... anyone here know if this is correct and if so why?

don't know too much about 200's but all the 300 discos have a flexible section after the cat, however you can fit a non-cat, non-flexi defender front pipe without any issue other than some extra noise/vibration in the cab...

Could always try these, they might be able to help out
Barnes Exhausts

This is for a 300TDi, they might be able to alter one for you? I managed to get an exhaust for a jap import slitty:eek: from them a few hundred quid cheaper than what Toyota wanted for it (slitty long gone now;))
300TDi flex pipe

cheers guy's I'll try Barnes... The 300TDi has CAT but 200TDi doesn't. Also the decat pipe on ebay is like all the replacements I've seen... they have 3 bolt flange at manifold end which doesn't match the 200 manifold which would need 90deg bend at the manifold end.
