Hi,

Just bought a 1992 Defender 110 200TDI and want to run it on biodiesel. Currently run my 1998 Freelander XEDI no problems, but wondered if any of you 90/110 gurus could tell me if I am in luck and should have plastic fuel pipes on my 1992 200TDi to avoid dreaded corrosion of biodiesel on rubber?

Many thanks

Jonah

(Pick the 110 up next week, can't wait!):D

I dunno if the "rubber" pipes on a landy are actually rubber or some sort of synthetic stuff that looks like rubber. Anyhow I've done many thousands of miles on veg oil and none of mine have rotted away yet. Never heard of anyone else having problems either.
