Hello,
I've managed to slightly over fill my 200tdi with engine oil (being impatient waiting for it to drain into the sump) and its burning the oil off quite nicely (blue smoke on first start and a little lumpy) but I'm a bit stumped as to how. I have a catch tank in place which is empty, and the turbo isn't passing any oil, so how has it got into my cylinders, and more importantly, how has it got into my boost pipes and intercooler? I cleaned the intercooler out a few months ago, so I know that its clean. The bores and valves are really good, a recent leakage test proved that, the catch tank is empty and the turbo isn't passing any oil. How is it getting in there?
Thanks
