200TDi fuel injection pump help

Hi All,

On the Disco 200TDi injection pump which way do you turn the adjuster on the back of the pump to 'reduce' the fuel scheduling? Had some work done by 'specialists' and she now chucks out black smoke so I want to calm it down a bit.

Brillaint, thanks for that Sean really helpful. It smokes heavily pre-turbo coming on line which is well explained in the text. Will do some 'screwing' this weekend.
