200tdi cracked block?

Ok, not a perfect repair, but hopefully it will hold.

I cleaned up the block, slapped on the glue and left it for 2 days, you will see its run down the block, I knew this would happen and I could not put the car on it side. But there is about a 3mm cover over the hold and sourounding area.

Hope that,s done the trick

So do I, it is a tiny hole and I just popped a second coat of JB on it. I'll get the car on the road tomorrow and see what happens.

Winter will test it the thermal cycling from running hot to sitting out on a frosty day is a hard test if it gets through that then you should be OK.

Kseal is very good at this sort of thing under a tenner off of ebay, add that to your jbweld fix and it should get you through winter.

All back together now so lets see how it goes.
