200tdi back box

After looking at some of the new back boxes for 200tdi 90 in the interweb, I can help but think that the silencer / box on them is smaller than the original massive one. Are my assumptions right? Or is it just me

alot of aftermarket exhausts are smaller than the original, to be honest you dont even need a back box, or a center for that matter....

Yeah, i would have a straight through if i could afford the larger intercooler and fuel pump tweek to go with it (extra fuel cost). And a larger turbo for that matter . But I am considering a smaller back box (new type) if they are smaller, to go with my straight throuhg mid pipe for that bit of extra grunt (sound, little power) so on.
