200td gear leaver trouble

Just changed overy my gear box for a second hand one. I am haveing two troubles, in the proces of getting it in I have managed to bend bothe the gear leavers slightly, what do I need to do to remove them and swap them form my old box.

Also the main gear leaver does not sit central ie. 3rd up and 4th down it sits with 1st up and 2nd down. I think the plate that suports the springs is broken so alowing the springs to be pushed the wrong slightly. Are there any tips on changing this over as it feels like the springs are will loaded and I expect them to ping into oblivion when they are released!

I think I can just take one off the old gear box, it wa just more about the process
