Injector leaking I would say ... whirring is usually the turbo working. An exhaust gasket wouldn't make black smoke it would simply leak fumes. Is this the reason you're selling it?

could be a split turbo pipe pretty common on mondeos sometimes focuss. any other issues or just these?
