2007 RR Vouge S/C - Radio (flashing Orange light)

Help,

My radio / sat nav / etc wont switch on... All I get is the Land Rover logo with a flahsing orange light. Ive tried all the fuses - reseated all the cables I cloud reach in the boot.. Any ideas?
