Tdv8 throttle problem
If I hold the pedal lets say at 40mph, I get a that the engine will pulsating feeling. Revs go up a couple of hundred revs then drop back down then back up, just enough that you notice it happening, plus a bit black smoke. Any thoughts on this issue.
