Do you have to code the diesel injectors when replacing recon units on a freelander 1 TD4 2003?
If so would it be better to do a remap & larger intercooler at the same time?

No coding needed. There are a couple of different part numbers in use, so ideally you get the same PN as replacements.

Auto injectors are different from manual ones. Otherwise all the same.

Just had my 03 Freelander1 M47 bmw engine remapped, what a difference, from 110 to 140 and the torque has gone up by almost 30%. It’s a different vehicle altogether. Can’t say yet about mpg improvement until I get further down the tankful.

The work was done by a local garage well versed in Land Rover called Quattro Auto Centre.

Can anyone help with a wiring issue on the Freelander1 td4 03 reg.
I want to fit some front fogs, got the switch and fitted it into the slot, already had the socket in view so coupled that in, the relays 10 and 11 are in place in the fuse box , but where the devil might the connection be for actually wiring up the lamps after I get them fitted to the bull bar. Any info please.
