2003 L322 Rangie auto box gremlin!

Hi all, my father has a 03 L322 Rangie which recently had to have the auto box rebuilt due to a sudden and unexpected mechanical failure.
Since the rebuild it occasionally flashes up 'transmision fail safe programme'.
This has been looked at by Landrover once, fault cleared but has returned again.
Anyone had the same or similar problem and know of a solution?

Can you tell us the actual fault that has been logged.Trans failsafe can also be triggered by other ECU's,such as the transfer box one - but until we know the logged fault that triggered it there is little point in suggesting what is wrong.
