2003 disc 2 se coolant leak

Hello, I’m here in Alaska with my first Land Rover :! It needed a couple things right off the bat. I changed the ignition and drivers door handle and new thermostat. Got it put back together and I noticed coolant leaking under the back of the engine. Could it be anything else beside the head gasket please. Thank u for any input

Start by checking the pipes to the heater matrix that run behind the head then the head drain plug behind the exhaust manifold.
