2002 td4 knock in reverse

back again did a search on this one can not find anyone with same problem. when you reverse there is a knock from the drivers side front, but only once. any ideas thanks in advance!
 
It is the front brakes dissengaging, as they say '' They all do that sir '' its a known issue but nothing to worry about.
 
thanks it did start marking that noise just after having the front disc and pads changed!!!!!
