Freelander 1 2002 Freelander v6 electrical issues

Hey all, I inherited a v6 2002 Freelander. Unfortunately, it has some electrical issues. The air conditioner doesn't work... and by that, nothing will blow out the vents. Not on fan, not on heat, not on cool. It just doesn't work. Also, the automatic lock system, the alarm system, cruise control, hill descent, and key fob don't respond at all. They won't work. I checked the fuse box and everything seems to be okay there.

Any help or suggestions for my garage to look at? Thanks!

All those things are on different fused circuits. It's not uncommon for the engine bay fuse box to corrod, causing such issues. That's the place to check first.
