2001 P38 Part request

Anyone know how or where to get the little plastic plugs that hold the screws in place on the interior door armrest on a 2001 P38? I've just bought my car and two are broken meaning the passemger armrests are loose. LLoyds in Carlisle say I need to buy a new arm rest just to get the plugs!!! Surely these little plugs can be obtained as a spare part? I've tried Emmots and they don't have any .
