The brakes on all 4 wheels on my 2000 Range Rover P38 are frequently binding. It's so bad that the vehicle will not move in any gear. It usually takes about 10 minutes with the motor running before the brakes will release. Occasionally, the brakes will loosen just enough to allow me to drive, but I can still feel some resistance, hear the squeal and smell the brakes. I have talked to both dealers and repair shops, and no one seems to have an idea what could be the problem. Anyone have any similar experience and hopefully, a solution?

I'm no expert but I would look at the ABS/Traction Control mmodulator (whatever it is called) and also get any faults codes read from the Wabco ABS/Traction ECU....

Put your location in your profile, there may be a helpful member close by with the Diagnostic gear to plug in and read the codes for the princely sum of posh biscuits and a cup of tea....

First step is to get the any codes read....I think there is some sort of blink test that can be done on the ABS system, but wouldn't have a clue how to do it....
