200 ti none starter

Fitted a 200 tdi. into a series 3 new battery turns over freely, timing correct, fuel delivery to the injectors is good, glow plugs working, fuel solinoid is working, tried a small squirt of easy start, just a little and she appeared to fire.

Any help as I am now at a loss, tap pets also correct

Remove the stop solenoid guts and try again.
Just because its clicking doesnt mean its actually working.

Whats the compression like ? turn it over by hand with a torque wrench to compare the 4 cylinders.
Diesels need good compression to fire.
